Orders, Shipping & Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. We encourage customers to review all product details, sizing, and order information carefully before completing their purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in product or pricing information.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with proof, and we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
